*69 - By pressing this unique two digit code, you can redial the last call you received. No more worries about missing who just called you. Simply press (*69) and your phone will automatically redial the last phone number that has called your phone.
3-Way Calling - 3-Way Calling adds one more person to the conversation whenever you want. Now you can make those decisions in one phone call by avoiding all the back-and-forth run around calls.
Call Block - Block up to twelve phone numbers per OneRate service.
Anonymous Call Block - Callers who have blocked the display of their numbers will hear an announcement telling them that you are not accepting blocked calls. They will be instructed to hang up, unblock their number and dial again if they wish to reach you.
Busy Redial - Busy Redial will dial a busy number for you, for up to 30 minutes. Once the line is free, Busy Redial will notify you with a unique ring and then connect you automatically. Use Busy Redial to place calls to more than one busy number at a time.
Block unwanted calls - Block unwanted callsby selecting up to 12 phone numbers from your calling area to be blocked from reaching you. Also block incoming calls from the last calling number, even if the number is unknown. A blocked caller will hear a voice recording that says you are not presently accepting calls.
Call Waiting - Call Waitingsends an audible tone to the customer during an on-going call to notify the customer of a second inbound call. The customer has the option to put the first call on hold, and pickup the second call. Additionally with this feature you can temporarily disable Call Waiting so you can send that important fax, send files over the internet without accidentally getting disconnected, or not be interrupted while on an important telephone call. When this is turned on, anyone trying to call you while you are on the phone or using your phone line will get a busy signal. After you hang up, your Call Waiting signal is automatically restored.
Caller ID - Caller IDprovides the calling party's telephone number and name through an electronic device attached to the customer's phone line. Customers are required to purchase their own Caller ID equipment for this service to work at their residence.
Distinctive Ring - Know whether a call is for you or someone else at home. Distinctive Ring allows you to give out two different telephone numbers for the same phone line, each of which makes your phone ring differently. One number will ring normally while your Distinctive Ring phone number will ring with two short rings. Whichever way you use it, Distinctive Ring can let you know what to expect before you pick up the phone.
Speed Dialing 30 - Streamline your calling with Speed Dialing. With Speed Dialing 30, you will have easy and immediate access to important numbers. No more searching for address books. No more dialing several digits for every call. Speed Dialing 30 connects you in an instant by letting you dial two digits instead of seven or 10 numbers.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding: Allows you to send your calls to another phone number right from your home phone. In the event you are unable to answer your phone and do not want to miss that important call, activate Call forwarding and never miss them again.
Call Forward 'Busy': Allows you to forward calls only when the line is in use.
Call Forward 'Don't Answer': Allows you to forward calls when you are unable to answer the phone after 4 rings. Send your forwarded calls to any other phone number. Turn these features on or off at anytime from your home phone. Continue to make outgoing calls even with features turned on.
