How to use your calling features:
Voicemail Access
  • Press * then 15 on your phone
  • Enter your pin
Initially your pin will be the last 6 digits of your phone number

*69
  • Press * then 69
  • Press * then 89 to cancel
  • Allows caller to hear what the last call made was
Speed Dial 8
  • 74 then # to activate
  • Hang-up to cancel
Speed Dial 30
  • 75 then # to activate
  • Hang-up to cancel
Speed Dial 30
  • Document two-digit codes from 20 through 49 to each of the numbers.
  • Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
  • Press 75 then #
  • Wait for a second dial tone. Dial the two-digit code (20 through 49) you want to assign and the complete telephone number you want the code to represent
Anonymous Call Block
  • Lift handset and listen for dial tone. Then press * then 77 to activate or * then 87 to cancel.
Call Block
  • Block up to twelve numbers per OneRate service
  • Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
  • Press *60 to activate
  • Press *80 to cancel
Call Waiting
  • As a courtesy, please inform your first caller that you have a second call coming in.
  • Quickly press and release the hookswitch or flash key to put the first person on hold and this will immediately answer the second call.
  • To return to the first caller and place the second caller on hold, again quickly press and release the hookswitch or flash key. You can alternate between these calls as often as you like.
  • Press * then 70 to cancel Call Waiting
Call Forwarding
  • Lift the handset and listen for a dial-tone.
  • Press * then 72 to initiate call forwarding.
  • At the tone, dial the phone number the new calls are to be forwarded to.
  • When the call is answered, the feature has been activated.
  • If the call is not answered, hang up and repeat the above steps within two minutes.
  • When the number you are forwarding to rings, you can hang up, and the feature is activated.
  • Turn off call forwarding by pressing * then 73. Two short tones indicate that it has been successfully turned off.
Call Forwarding Selective
  • Busy - * then 90 to activate
  • Busy - * then 91 to cancel
  • Don't answer - * then 92 to activate
  • Don't answer - * then 93 to cancel
Busy Redial
  • Press * then 66 to activate
  • Press * then 86 to cancel
Distinctive Ring
  • Primary # - normal ring
  • Second # - two short rings
Do Not Disturb
  • Press * then 64 to toggle on and off
Priority Call
  • Tap the hookswitch
