TC3Net services its installs for the life of the programming agreement, however we will not dispatch a field technician unless it has been determined by DISH NETWORK™ technical support as necessary to solve the service issue. Most service issues can be easily resolved with a simple phone call. If you are having service issues please check the support section of the DISH NETWORK™ website linked below or call the DISH NETWORK™ support hotline. If DISH NETWORK™ is unable to resolve your service issues over the phone then they will issue a service ticket for a TC3Net field technician to follow up on. A client may request/schedule a TC3Net field technician be dispatched without a DISH NETWORK™ issued service ticket but this will require that the client pays a trip charge and any work will be billed to the client at the regular hourly Wireless field technician rate as listed on our residential pricing sheet.
