How do I change my account password?

WARNING
Changing your account password may result in a service outage as the account password is configured into your DSL modem or Wireless radio. Please consult a TC3Net technical support representative before changing this password to avoid disruption in service.

Open the TC3Net Account Management Website and login using your current TC3Net username and password.

Instructions

• Click the 'Change Password' link on the left sidebar
• Enter your old password
• Enter your new password
• Confirm your new password
• Click the 'Change Password' button to finish
