What does best negotiated speed mean?
All TC3Net Internet packages are delivered at best negotiated speed. There are many factors between our network and your computer that may affect overall connection quality and speed that TC3Net has no control over. Our engineers and field technicians will deploy Internet service for our clients at the fastest speed possible but we cannot guarantee full speed in every situation.

Why do I own my Internet equipment if I didn't have to pay for it?
While the Internet Equipment installed at the client's house may be provided at little or no up front cost it is actually owned by the client. TC3Net will run various promotions to reduce the initial costs of this equipment to new or renewing clients. TC3Net offers an complementary 30 day warranty initially which covers the cost of damage caused by acts of god and manufacturer defect. After this period it is the client's responsibility to pursue RMA claims with the manufacturer or replace equipment if damaged. TC3Net offers assurance programs for a low monthly fee to cover much of the cost of repair or replacement of Internet equipment. Learn more about these programs in the info section.
