DSL Order Timeline

Here is a brief timeline of the DSL installation process and what to expect in the coming days:

Step #1

• After TC3Net receives your payment for order, we begin to process the order through a series of stages.

Step #2

• Depending on availability, TC3Net will either have your existing phone line converted to support DSL (line share), or have a new line run to your location (UNE). In the event that a UNE is required an additional charge will be applied. Please call TC3Net for the current pricing on UNE charges.

Step #3

• The line order process will be initiated, during which time the line will be conditioned and any problems will be addressed. When finished, TC3Net will issue the line order as complete. This process can take several days to several weeks. Please call TC3Net for the current estimated time.

Step #4

• TC3Net will begin the process of provisioning your DSL service. This involves connecting your new or existing line to our DSL equipment. TC3Net will test the line to ensure that there are no problems.

Step #5

• Upon completion of the provisioning process, TC3Net will make arrangements to get you your DSL modem. In the case where a line still needs to be run in your home (non-line share), an installer will call to schedule an installation time.
