Changing Your Password

In order to change your TC3Net account password, click here for your Account Tools. A new window will open.

*********When changing your password you will need to change it in your email client, dial up connection, and or your DSL modem.**********

• Log into the Account Tools with your unique TC3Net username and password
• Click the 'Change Password' button
• Enter your old password
• Enter your new password
• Confirm your new password
• Click the 'Change Password' button to finish

After you have changed the password for your TC3Net account, you will also need to change it on your dialer, email program and if you have dsl the modem will need the new password.

Changing Windows XP Dial Up Password

• In the Control Panel, double click the Network Connections icon
• Double click your TC3Net connection
• Delete your old password from the Password field
• Enter your new password
• Click Dial to connect
