How DSL Works ::

TC3Net does all of the work to hook up DSL service to a standard phone line. Lines will be ordered and tested by TC3Net to make sure it is DSL ready. Once the DSL line is ready, the DSL modem will be installed.

DSL modems are provided through TC3Net, which have been tested to work with the TC3Net switch, the Lucent Stinger. TC3Net staff is ready to provide quality service, from the installation of the DSL service, to networking a business to the Internet.

DSL Broadband Coverage ::

Our base ADSL package has a maximum wire loop length of 18,000 feet. Call us for details on our extended range DSL products if your enterprise is outside of our base DSL range. Please Note that other factors, including wire loop quality, ultimately determine whether or not DSL is available to a given location. This entails conditioning a data / phone line for the client, DSL line filters, configuring the modem / router, and assigning static IP's if purchased from TC3Net. A 12-month contract is required. Installation may take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Client agrees to all conditions in TC3Net's Terms of Service.
• (2) Open Rate Installation :: $199.95
  Open Rate Installations are for business clients were no phone lines can be *Qualified* and TC3Net needs to establish, condition, and manage a new line to the client's demarc. While rare and more expensive, this will provide a client with all the features and speeds of a Qualified Line. TC3Net will configure the DSL modem / router and assign any static IP's if purchased from TC3Net. A 12-month contract is required. Installation may take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Client agrees to all conditions in TC3Net's Terms of Service.
• OPTIONAL Assisted Install :: $199.95 per 2hr block.
  If client requires TC3Net to be on-site or assist in the integration of the DSL service into client's network, *Assisted Install* can be ordered at an additional cost for each 2 hour block of service. This entails special configurations to the TC3Net DSL device, assisting in Port forwarding, VPN and similar items. TC3Net can only assist in the integration of the DSL service or device into the client's existing network. TC3Net can not troubleshoot or build out a network for the client.

  All Modem / Routers are configured with dynamic IP's.
  Client's own modem / router can be used in our network if the device is compatible with TC3Net's network, and is approved by TC3Net prior to ordering DSL line. Client is responsible for configuring device and integrating the DSL connection into their network.
  
  If IP's are needed for certian networking functions within your business, you will need to purchase an ADSL static IP Modem at a cost of $199.95 + tax.

SDSL Business Service
